Two-way integration Bitrix24 with SMS providers like Twilio, easySMS, SMS.RU
We have developed app for Bitrix24 that allow two-way communication with your clients. For outgoing sms we are using standard Bitrix24 integration (Twilio and SMS.RU) and our own handler in case easySMS. All outgoing sms are binded to timeline in Lead’s or Contact’s card.
For incoming sms we created handler that placed on separate server (in case if client use cloud version of Bitrix24) or on the same server if hosted version of Bitrix24 used. Handler is connected to Bitrix24 as application, also there created a web-hook on Bitrix24 for requests to Bitrix24 REST API.
All incoming sms are come in to our handler that parse all data, find out sender phone number and then send requests to Bitrix24 REST API to look for coincidence phone number in Leads, Contacts or Companies. If matches are found, then all sms data are binded to timeline in found Lead’s or Contact’s card.
If there is no matches this means that phone number is new in Bitrix24 and then new Lead are created based this sms.
We can add incoming sms as Comments (on cloud Bitrix24) or as sms-message (on hosted Bitrix24)
